Herman Collins is the Founder and Managing Partner of Herman Collins LLC, where he has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Strategic Talent Advisor. He has led wide-ranging executive search and talent acquisition assignments for both private and public companies. His clients range from large global enterprises to startups and rapidly emerging businesses. Herman has developed and implemented recruitment and strategic talent alternatives, performance improvement plans, organizational realignments and talent brand development resulting in significant value creation across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. His activities have led to successfully completed engagements across North and South America, EMEA and APAC.
Mr. Collins has also held leadership positions at several boutique search firms focused on Advanced Technology, Venture and Investment and Hospitality. In these firms, he served as a Senior Partner and was responsible for all aspects of operations, leadership and engagement delivery. Herman has been Head of Human Resources for a blockchain technology incubator based in Palo Alto, California, in addition to several other HR roles in his early career. Herman is also an accomplished speaker at technology conferences and events with an engaging and informative style.
